8 Superfoods to Help You Lose Weight

1. Good fat fish:

Salmon, herring, sardines, mackerel and other fish contain omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to reduce inflammation and reduce the risk of heart disease, as well as being a major proteins source that can help you lose body fat. 

2. MCT Oil: 

MCT oil is obtained from coconut oil. They have medium-chain triglycerides, a type of fat metabolized differently. Replacing some of the fat in your diet with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil a day can optimize fat burning. Start moderately and gradually increase the dose.

3. Coffee:
