Just when things to start to seemingly settle down and coronavirus cases numbers begin to steady, we’re hit with yet again another wave. If you’re like anything like us, it’s been difficult trying to adjust to the new norm of staying in especially when we see a glimmer of hope only to be let down a few days or weeks later. To cure your Covid blues, we’ve compiled virtual workshops you can take at home to keep you company during this difficult time. From practicing mindfulness to making pizza at home, you surely won’t be bored with these workshops.

At Home Yoga with Flex

A common misconception we see is mistaking yoga with meditation. While meditation can be a part of yoga, holistically, yoga improves fitness routines and better your posture. We often go into a yoga class thinking we can do all these crazy poses from the get-go when in reality it requires a little bit more knowledge and understanding.

To help you out on your yoga journey, Flex Studio has been holding online livestream yoga classes suitable or all skill levels to help you stretch, sculpt, tone and strengthen your body. Feel free to grab your friends to join you in this retreat and you’ll feel like you’re ready to conquer anything the pandemic has to throw at you.

In this workshop, there is no need to prepare your own alcohol. Just have ready a tasting glass or even a wine glass would suffice.  Each kit comes with 8 sample spirits (equivalent of over 3 standard drinks) delivered to your home. This one-and-a-half-hour class will teach you how spirits are made, discussion of tasting notes and how to make a bomber cocktail.
