Calling all Carnivores to MEATS this Christmas

MEATS will be a treat for true carnivores this festive season with brunches and dinners full of succulent and juicy cuts. MEATS will be offering guests a Christmas Tasting Dinner Menu available only on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for a five-course meal. But if you’re looking for a more casual get-together with your friends, Festive Brunch menu is also available on Christmas and Boxing day.

At MEATS Christmas tasting dinner, indulge yourself in hearty mains including tender Porchetta surrounded with crisp, crackling skin accompanied by Romesco sauce. In true holiday fashion, we can’t forget the Roasted Turkey, which will be basted in Gravy sauce and Cranberry jam. For dessert devour Dulce de Leche Cheesecake served with Meringue to bring a sweet finish to the celebration. Now, that’s what we call a true traditional Christmas day meal!

Feast on Mott 32’s Cantonese-accented Exclusive Christmas Set Menus

For December, the venue will be transformed for the festive season with elegant Christmas décor featuring a canopy of silver-frosted greenery and a modern, stylised Christmas tree. While you’re taken aback with all the Christmas décor, let’s not steal the limelight of their Christmas Set Menus developed by Mott 32’s Executive Chef Lee Man-sing!

The festive Peking Turkey set will feature Free-Range Barbecued Whole Turkey which has been marinated for over three hours in the chef’s special marinade served in Peking Duck-style with different accompaniments. While the Christmas Set Menu will offer Mott 32’s ever-popular Apple Wood Roasted 42-Day Peking Duck as the centrepiece of the meal in symphony with a host of other decadent dishes. To top it off, finish your Christmas celebrations with a Chocolate Yule Log that is to die for.
