Stockton: Creativity of Sins menu
This just in, Stockton is honoring the legendary Journalist Hunter S. Thompson with a new cocktail menu: Creativity of Sins. the menu tells stories through twelve cocktails and vignettes, each narrating episodes of the lauded journalist’s wild life consisting of copious amounts of alcohol, illicit drugs, and a lifelong love for firearms. Expect new and creative concoction and flavour profiles that pay homage to Hunter S. Thompson’s life.

Zzura: Saffron Milk Punch
Offering at Zzura – an intimate contemporary Middle-Eastern concept are signature drinks that are inspired by the flavourful spices and exotic fruits that have travelled through the Middle East. One drink that caught our attention (and remains an all-time favourite) is the Saffron Milk Punch. Highly sophisticated with a clean taste, this rum-based cocktail is infused with saffron and incorporates exotic flavour profiles like pineapple, cardamom, cinnamon and clarified milk.

Apothecary: Wolf Peach Highball
If you’ve been following our IG stories last month, you’ll well be aware that we visited Apothecary to try out their Quintessential Negroni for Negroni week. During our visit, we’ve also had the chance to try their innovatively unique cocktails. Their menu, The Herbalist’s Notebook, offers botanical-inspired concoction. Our pick right now is the Wolf Peach Highball – made with gin and dry shiso-infused umeshu to give you just the right umami flavor.

Argo: Bark, Leaf & Love
You’ve probably all heard about the hype surrounding Four Season’s Hotel’s new innovative bar Argo. Well, we can tell you now, we’ve been and yes it lives up to the hype. One drink that caught our attention is Bark, Leaf & Love. This gin-based cocktail is specially concocted with ingredients that add significance and elevation to honey’s flavor profile. If you’re a fan of honey, this is a drink even Winnie the Pooh cannot resist.
